Abstract
The authors report a 6-month follow-up of 4 eyes treated by PRK because of residual refractive error after refractive surgery: one case of residual myopia after epikeratophakia, one case of hyperopia in a short eye. A good result has been achieved when epikeratophakia, RK and short eye correction (by 30 D IOL) had been previously performed; a high regression has been observed in the eye previously undergone TKP.
