Abstract
We have submitted 20 patients, diagnosed as having adnexal tumefaction, to echographic examination before surgical operation. The echographic diagnosis revealing the benign nature of the examined masses was reliable. From the good percentage of agreement from our data, this method is of great importance in gynecology.
