Abstract

This study concerns the intervention strategy worked on and carried out by a Mental Health Department of Regione Campania (Italy) in order to further the final overcoming of M.H., according to the Project-Aim 'Defence of Mental Health 1994-1996', by discharging patients or transfering them to alternating territorial structures. The filling out of a regional card, the integration between rehabilitative aids in M.H. and territorial interventions (registry-investigations in the municipalities and home contacts with the relatives) led to the location and planning of territorial Nursing Homes for patients in M.H..
