Abstract
The authors present the case of a threefold skin pathology: skin anthrax, lichen ruber planus and palmoplantar keratosis. The authors also analyse the etiopathogenical aspects of these three affections and conclude that the association of skin anthrax and lichen ruber planus is not a coincidence, but has precise pathogenetic causes. This hypothesis is substantiated by clinical observations of the association of dermatosis and autoimmune etiology, iatrogenic, professional etc. and lichen ruber planus; the authors suggest that a capsular or extra-capsular factor with protein structure (produced by Bacillus anthracia) may be responsible for the onset of the lichenic affection.
