Abstract
On the basis of an analytic study of thymus diseases, the existence of a seminoma like thymoma is confirmed, as a well defined entity of its own standing. The anatomic and clinical as well as the prognostic data reveal the fact that this tumor is distinct from the mediastinal dysgerminomas in general.
