Abstract
Three cases of primary leiomyosarcoma of the lungs and another of pulmonary carcino leiomyosarcoma were observed. The frequency, pathogenesis, development and prognosis of these rare neoplasias are discussed. The cases are described in detail, particularly the case of carcino leiomyosarcoma.
