Abstract
Of the 234 orbital tumors treated surgically in the authors' Department between 1953 and 1989, ten were primary orbital lymphomas. The salient clinical, diagnostic and therapeutic data on these lesions, relatively uncommon in neurosurgical and ophthalmological practice, are analyzed and discussed in the light of the relevant published work.
