Presumed ocular histoplasmosis in Europe: A case report

Abstract

A case of presumed ocular histoplasmosis was diagnosed in a diabetic patient, and an angiographic study of the ocular lesions was carried out. Results of histoplasmin skin test and the specific complement fixation test was negative. The epidemiologic aspects of histoplasmosis in Europe are considered.
