N2 - Asymptomatic penetrating atherosclerotic ulcer is a rare pathology of the ascending aorta, more frequent in the descending thoracic aorta, even in multiple localizations. We present a case report of a patient with penetrating atherosclerotic ulcer and the preoperative role of the computed tomography scan.
