Abstract
We describe two cases in which a vertical ocular misalignment presented ictally, as the main or the only clinical manifestation, in otherwise neurologically intact adult patients. Elementary focal epileptic seizures involving a possible cortical vestibular area in the first case, and a neurovascular conflict in the other one, produced the same symptoms and signs in these two subjects.
