Abstract
We describe a patient with transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder in whom a nephrogenic adenoma of the bladder was diagnosed after two courses of intravescical mitomycin treatment. We believe this is the first case report of nephrogenic adenoma occurring in this specific clinical setting. Pathological aspects, clinical features and therapeutic considerations of this proliferative lesion are reviewed and discussed.
