DERMATOSI BOLLOSE A IGA LINEARI. INTERPRETAZIONE DI DUE CASI CON LA TECNICA DELLA IMMUNOMICROSCOPIA ELETTRONICA

The authors studied, by immunoelectron microscopic techniques, linear IgA bullous dermatosis in two patients, one with pemphigoid like lesions, the other with characteristic cutaneous jewel like lesions. The authors noticed that in the first case immunoglobulins were located just below basal lamina (sublaminar type) while in the second one the deposits were in lamina lucida (lamina lucida type). The authors think that linear IgA bullous dermatosis must be considered as autonomic diseases and separated from the pemphigoid group and dermatits herpetiformis. The authors looked for some correlations between clinical features and immunoelectron microscopic findings. They think that an immunoelectron microscopic study of these diseases should be always carried out to define this undefined group of bullous diseases.
