Abstract

The Authors report a case of a ten years old girl who presented for two years multiple, irregularly ovalar, white atrofic macules on the trunk and abdomen. Angyna with high fever was anamnestically reported before the appearance of cutaneous lesions. Histological examination showed a typical finding of lichen sclerosus et atrophicus.
