Histochemical demonstration of tetrahydrofolate dehydrogenase in blast crisis of chronic myeloid leukaemia

Abstract

These data reveal that the histochemical demonstration of FH4dh is useful for classifying not only the acute leukemia, but also the blast crisis of chronic myeloid leukemia, that shows the same pattern as the acute leukemia.
