Abstract
Introduction Some patients with polycystic ovaries diagnosed by transvaginal ultrasound have no abnormalities of menstruation. The present study compares body mass indices, ovarian areas and androgen levels in these women with women with polycystic ovaries in combination with oligomenorrhoea.
