Abstract
3H-spiroperidol binding was measured in human lymphocytes from healthy volunteers in order to identify dopaminergic receptors in these cells. Our results suggest that such receptors are not demonstrable on the lymphocyte membranes. This finding is discussed in view of the possible interference exerted by the presence of certain HLA antigens on the cell surface.
