Abstract

The authors review the most important characteristics of electrochemotherapy (ect) in canine and feline patients affected by round cell tumors. in particular, the origins of this technique, and their further developments are described, with particular attention to the evolution of the clinical protocols, the development of novel equipments as well as their translation to human patients.
