Abstract
ln this paper, several aspects connected with lengh asymmetry of lower limbs are analyzed: etiology, clinical examination, biomechanics and eventually the treatment aimed at achieving a total postural rehabilitation, as a leg length inequality exceeding 1 cm can unbalance the entire musculoskeletal system.
