Abstract

Dermatological radiotherapy is one of the classical therapeutic modalities employed in the treatment of primary malignant neoplasms of the skin. Therefore, it is necessary to define a quality control programme on equipments to guarantee that the treatment corresponds to the programmed aim, represented by the technical execution and by the dose delivered to the tumour and to the normal surrounding tissues.
