Abstract
Topographical criteria are employed in a brief classification of congenital lung vessel abnormalities. Reference is made to the more commonly observed forms and questions relating to their dysembryogenesis, physiopathology, evolution, prognosis and clinical course are discussed. Surgery is indicated in all cases accompanied by a marked symptomatology or where evolution damaging the cardiocirculatory apparatus is foreseeable. The possibilities of success are discussed.
