Abstract
The association between "benign" partial epilepsies and cerebral lesions and the appearance of continuous spikes and waves during slow sleep (CSWS) in children with hydrocephalus are described. We report the case of a girl (age: 7 y, 1 m) with shunted hydrocephalus, who later presented an occipital epilepsy, then complicated with CSWS.
