N2 - A 33-year-old woman with ureteropelvic junction obstruction in an ectopic left kidney underwent laparoscopic pyeloplasty. Because of dense adhesions and a short ureter, we reduced the pelvis and created a tubularized pelvic flap using the Endo-GIA device to form a neoureter. No major complications were observed. A 6-month postoperative three-dimensional CT scan showed good renal function without hydronephrosis.
