Abstract
About 20 cases of prenatal diagnosis of vein of Galen aneu rysmal Malformation (VGAM) have been described. We present a case diagnosed prenatally by Doppler ultrasonography. Prenatal MRI and postnatal radiological studies including post-treatment MRI and MRA, were carried out.
