N2 - Discrepancies about a possible relationship between prothrombotic mutations and a decreased uteroplacental blood flow are present in literature. We prospectively evaluated a cohort of pregnant women (n = 41) with bilateral uterine artery notches and found that women with inherited thrombophilia showed a sixfold higher risk to have an adverse outcome than women without.
