Epidermotropism is a phenomenon common to both mycosis fungoides and pagetoid reticulosis. This paper describes and discusses a patient who had on his limbs numerous nodular lesions with verrucoid surfaces. Histologically, these had dense infiltrates of pagetoid cells in the epidermis, of which 70% were OKT8-positive lymphocytes. The case reported here, in spite of some histologic features of pagetoid reticulosis, lacks the clinical features of that condition and therefore should be regarded as an epidermotropic verrucoid lymphoma with a benign clinical course.
